Yes, it is possible to change your screen name follow the below instructions. Email us at onlinecommunity@alz.org with any further questions.

1. Go to MY PROFILE, which you will find in the top navigation box in the online community. Click MY PROFILE.


2. Then select ‘View/Edit Full Profile’ to access your profile information.

3. Then, in the second yellow text box, where you originally put your chosen display name, you can edit your display name to whatever name you wish.

4. You may want to write a note in your ‘Signature’ letting other members know what your old screen name was, in case they want to remember your past posts.

5. Then hit SUBMIT when you are finished with any changes.

Your screen name should now be changed. It may take some time for your past posts to also change, but eventually all the posts you have made, new and old, should have your new display name. All new posts you create after making the changes will have your new display name automatically.
