There is so much side effect to all these drugs. My husband is taking ARICEPT, COREG, DIOVAN.. all side effect makes you dissy aricept lose of appettit..so my husband is tired all the time and is losing weight too but his blood pressure is good also his heart, with pacemaker..he is 91 and not much activity because he just don't feel like it with all the drugs. looks like you damn if you do and damn if you don't...any one else think about this. JOY

Dear Joy, Aricept is known to be very hard on the stomach and bowels. It is one of the side effects. Can you speak with your husband's doctor about stopping the Aricept and starting something else?? I use an Exelon patch instead of Aricept. Please, ask his doctor ASAP!!
