I just got disconnected from chat room #1 at 8pm on Monday April 27, 2009. I got an error message "unable to authenticate". I tried to log back in but the blue screen came up, then it froze. What's going on? what can I do?

Hi Iris,
I am very sorry to hear of the Chat room problems last night. I am thinking you may have been experiencing problems due to the system changes that were scheduled to occur yesterday between 10am-10pm (PST). Please let us know if you still get the same error when trying to access the chat room today. We will investigate further if needed. Please let us know as we are more than happy to help.
