To all the Newbies,

Please, DO NOT post on this site unless you are having technical problems with the Message Boards.

Please, go to the Caregivers site or one of the other sites like Alzheimer's Under 65.

There's lots of people on these boards to help you. They don't read this board. It is for technical problems only!!

Welcome,

Please go to another site!

Thanks.

Peace and Hope,
Lisa

I wonder what caused me to get kicked off rewpeatedly last night while trying to respond to Mike's last post?

Lisa, Smiler: You made me laugh, Sweetie, with your subject line! Maybe you should have used "this segment of the site is for......"

As it is, irt sounds like you're telling us that the entire site has nothing BUT technical problems (which has been my position all along Hee-Hee) and that all newbies should go to another Alzheimer's message board.Smiler

Please don't take offense, okay? I used to teach High School English, and these things just "pop out" at me!

Love ya

Bill

I know what you mean, C_R, but it is sometimes tricky to differentiate whole www.alz.org site, the message boards, and this particular forum within the boards. Considering how many people still post non-technical questions here, I think we are safe in assuming no one was scared off!

Can you be more specific on when you were getting kicked off, time-wise? Nights have been problematic lately, and knowing when people encounter problems is a valuable clue in solving it.

C_S: This was late at night and although it was only one instance, it happened 3 times. No idea why, it wasn't a problem with my computer, though.

Lisa, please don't be mad at me, because I thought that was funny! Smiler if I had done something like that, I'd laugh right along with you.

It's just me being an anal old school-teacher!

C_R apologizes very humbly to his friend Lisa428, and hopes she will forgive him, for he meant no harm.

I really didn't Honey, and I am sorry I hurt your feelings.

Hi CR,
Believe me it would take more than that to hurt my feelings. I know you're just trying to help. I need all the help I can get.

Don't worry, Bill. It's OK.

Still Love ya, Smiler

My Dear CR,
Eye Faucets are a great thing (even in Men who don't believe they should have them).

Bill, you are a warm, sincere, loving, honest man.
I'm thrilled to be your friend.

Still Love Ya.
