My siblings removed my dad from an assisted living center, renewed his drivers license, and state that he is fine! He has already been diagnosed by several doctors. APS has not returned my calls. My dad has stopped his meds. What else can I do ?

There is a thread on here called Questions for the care consultant. You should maybe copy and paste your question there. They will probably know how to help you. Family is often in denial...it's a hard thing to face.
