Took a look-see, appears to be very good and much needed. My husband died 4 yrs ago yesterday, but I know this subject well. Will post some later.

My wife has been diagnosed with Az for 5 years and is being treated with Razadyne & Namenda - she was doing reasonably well. There has definitely been some memory and activity regression, but manageable from my point. 4 weeks ago the neurologist changed her medication and took her off the razadyne and starte her on the exelon patch (4.6mg). I noticed a significant change in her regression with an excessive amount of "sundowner". She is now on the full strength exelon patch (9.5mg) for the past 4 days - a little early to tell if the increase will make a difference, but I am hopeful. During this recent epizode, I am having a lot of difficulty finding activities for her. She does not read - no concentration for that and has limited interest in normal TV.
I am open for any suggestions and would periodically like to chat about problems. For instance, she frequently forget who I am and where we are and that this is home. She also can get very argumentative about doing some things completely by herself. Then items get put away in a new location and it takes forever to find them. Suggestions or comments? Peter: By all means, go to www.thealzheimerspouse.com

There are several men there whose wives have AD, you'll get understanding and good advice.
