Neuromedix were developing the very promising Minozac, bought over by some larger company, anyone know how the drug development is coming along and when we can expect to see it on the market?.

Any news on this? I read that human trials in the US were approved by the FDA in 2007. I am trying to find info as well.

Neuromedix was sold to Toronto-based Transition Therapeutics - TTs' website describes research into another AD drug, but nothing about Minozac.

Minozac hasn't even finished preclinical testing in animal models. Then, if it continues to look when those tests are done, it moves into Phase I Clinical trials, then Phase II, then Phase III. It will be many years before it comes on the market, if it ever does. The vast majority of drugs that enter clinical trials don't make it through.
