My wife's doctor has prescribed 25 MG of Seroquel twice a day to help with the outbreaks of rage that occur late in the day, most days. She is also on Namenda, Razadyne and Dapakopte (125 MG twice a day). She is also on Hyscyamine for IBS plus 20 MG of Lexapro once a day. Anyone have any experience with this drug?

I would definitely get a second (and third?) opinion from a specialist-- neurologist or neuropsych with experience in Alzheimer's. This combination of drugs (all of them) sounds extreme to me--with side effects that might be worse than the original problems...
(I just did a FIND on this site to see if I could find information to help you and discovered--by searching for Depakote and Johanna--that in May many members had already urged you to have your wife seen by a different doctor-- a neurologist specialiszing in Alzheimer's.
CALL YOUR LOCAL ALZHEIMER"S OFFICE FOR NAMES OF RECOMMENDED DOCTORS.

The doctor that prescribed it is a neurologist and supposedly an alzheimers specialist. I pointed out the previous recommendations from this site and he said the small amounts were nothing to be concerned about. I am still worried nevertheless.

You need to check that health insurance will pay but you could request a consult with another neurologist. My mother's meds are administered by a neuropsychologist (separate from her neurologist). I told him I wanted my mother to feel safe and well but that I wanted to be very careful about drug side-effects and interaction.
I don't know how old your wife is but a geripsych (I'm not sure of spelling) can also be helpful since they're aware of the special needs of elderly (I don't know when we get to be elderly? 65???)
Seroquel is not in itself dangerous (though my mother became constipated from it). It's more that you want someone to review all the choices and combinations.
Maybe your doctor has made the best decisions for your wife, but you have a right to consult others.
We had to put my aunt in a hospital psych ward for ten days to regulate her meds. I hated it but we needed her in a safe place while the meds adjusted... (ah, but sometimes these places over-medicate as well...
I think you'll get more answers after the holiday. If you don't, post the question on the Caregivers Forum-- it seems to get more traffic.
I wish you so much strength and patience. This is all so hard.

A small amount of Seroquel along with Razadyne got me back to a near normal sleep pattern, which did help a lot with the confusion. I do have to eat a lot of fruit and drink a lot of water.
Seems to me that there is a possibility of over-medication here. Keep a close eye on your mother's behavior patterns and any mood swings. If her moods are not relatively stable or if she is complaining more than usual about side-effect issues, the meds may need to be adjusted.
MY EXPERINCE IS NO NO NO SEE IF HER DOCTER WILL TRY TEGRETOL IT IS A SEIZURE MEDICATION BUT ALSO A MOOD STABILIZER.I CARE FOR A WOMEN AT A FACILITY AND USED TO GET VERY VIOLENT SO I DID SOME RESEARCH AND FOUND OUT ABOUT TEGRETOL WE GOT HER DOCTER TO PRESCRIBE HER SOME AND IT WORKS BELIEVE IT REALLY DOES.IF YOU HAVE ANY FUTHER QUESTIONS SEND ME AN EMAIL joyce559@juno.com OR POST IT HERE ON THIS SITE.HOPE THIS HELPS YOU OUT
