Dear all - There is an article suggesting that Ginko is no good for AD. This has been sugessted in other news articals. I must admit that I never received any benefit from it. It is supposed to speed up the flow of blood in your brain. Apparently you have to be careful taking it if you are also taking Wolferin, as it may thin your blood too much and cause problems. I have since been trying Colostrinin (Cognisure) which I have found to be more benefical. There is much evidence in favor of Colostrinin/Cognisure benefiting those with AD, including reducing the plaque in your brain. There is a link on Cognisure on this message board for those who are interested. regards Rosie UK |
