Just wanted to share a solution I created for my mom who was having trouble keeping her hands out her pants - tearing up her depends and other inappropriate behavior.

I made her clothes into jumpsuits by cutting her short sleeved shirts down the back, putting in a 20" or 22" zipper and sewing the shirt to the inside of the pants (I used soft sweat pants). They put the pants on her, the shirt goes on easily, zip it up, and success - she can no longer get her hands in her pants! She wears a button in the front sweater over it, and it just looks like she has a pair of pants on with her shirt tucked in. It works great and we now feel like we can take her out in public without worrying what she is going to do.

I hope this helps someone that might be having the same problem - if you have any questions on how to do it, please send me an email.
