My mother is in the mid-stages of Alzheimer's. After a bout of wandering we had her in the hospital for a couple days. Because she has recently experienced a rapid decline, our plans for moving her had to be adjusted quickly. She now resides at a very nice memory care facility. However, it is rather far away and we are considering moving her to a facility close to home. I've heard that moving someone with Alzheimer's twice in a short time can be risky, but we want to be able to visit her more often. Does anyone have thoughts on this? She has been in the current facility for about 4-days now. Thanks and peace.

Dave
