I just tried streaming the programs and the screen just sits there.
Anyone else run into this?
Is there something I'm missing here?

Hey James

Here are a couple ideas of what may be happening. If you are using dial up it may take a longer time for the films to buffer (buffering is a process which needs to occur in order to stream video online). In this case it might just be a matter of waiting for the films to finish buffering.

Also, it could be you are not using the most updated version of FLASH. It might help to install the latest version.

Go to http://alz.org/hbo/ to stream the films

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the suggestions.
I'm not on dial-up I use zoomtown and I don't normally have a problem with buffering. I actually let my system set for about 10 minutes on one of the programs so I can't see that being the problem.

I will Check to make sure I have the latest player version.

They're available on DVD, which is both easier and higher quality than the online streaming videos.
