Hi-
I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find information regarding the driving assessment test that was done in the first part of the documentary. My grandmother suffers from aphasia and her husband my grandfather passed away about 8 years ago from Alzheimer's. My grandmother is very active and understands everything but can't communicate her thoughts. Its very hard because inside she understands everything and can think and remember everything but can't express her thoughts into words. I think we are almost getting to a point where we should be doing a diving assessment to make sure she is still able to drive. If anyone has the location or information regarding that test please let me know. She currently resides in West Palm Beach Florida.

Thanks,

Dear BigOrangeSU,
Hello and Welcome. Thanks you for watching and sharing your thoughts on the HBO Alzheimer's Series.
Perhaps if you call her local Motor Vehicle Dept. they can help you. If not, her Council on Aging or perhaps a neurologist?
I hope things go well with your grandmother.

Please, let us know what happens.

Peace and Hope,
Lisa
