I am unable to get on chat sence the new down load is required. I have really tried to download the program, written to them, gone to other sites, to down load their "flash". All to no avail, those are tears you see. I am unable to visit with my buddies. so sad. Please help. Thanks I know you are trying. Lv

I had a problem with Adobe Flashplayer earlier. I had to uninstall the old Flashplayer before the computer would allow the new Flashplayer to take.
