my mother has had Alzheimer's for about 4 yrs--I would like to chat with anyone She has been in a nursing home for the past 3 after my father passed away

Hi Carol. I'm sorry to hear about your Mom. I just wanted to let you know that the caregivers forum is very active and there are a lot of very helpful and supportive people there if no one was able to chat with you.

Contact your local and federal representatives to get financial support for providing care for your loved ones at home. Ask them to support full funding for the Lifespan Respite Care Act.
