Hi to everyone,
I need some advice! Tell me if I'm crazy or not! I was thinking of having my daughter's name tattooed on my arm or someplace that way I may not forget her name or who she is when I decline further. I still know all my family and close friends now. My biggest fear is forgetting my daughter!! She's everything to me ! Do you think this might help if I do it now while I still remember??

I dont think that at the point where you would be confused about your daughter that a tattoo or any other physical reminder would help or be meaningfull. Hold on to her for now and know that the truth remains unchanged even if we do not understand it.

To tatoo or not to Tatoo...that is the question. My husband has his name tatooed across the back of his head. A souveigner from his punk rock days in the eighties. I always told him that way we could identify him when he was face down outside the bar. Ha ha.
I think having your daughter's name tatooed is a very symbolic gesture. I don't know if it will help in the future but if it gives you some peace now go for it ! I know some great tatoo artist in New Orleans, will give you name and # if you need.
