I didn't know where to start this thread. I know many of us are probably curious about "who is behind the name" that posts here. I also find that looking at my mom's pic helps me out when I'm feeling down.

Here's a pic of me with my mom and my niece's son. Nov 7, 2008

Sarah, this is such a great idea! I love your picture. Such a beautiful family. I'm pretty good with technology, but don't know how to do what you did. Can you explain?

Thank You!
The pic needs to be hosted on a website. You copy the properties of the pic which is the URL of where the pic is located.
I have an on-line place where I upload some of my pics. I use www.photobucket.com. There are many websites where you can upload pics from your computer, your camera, or even your cell phone.
I hope this helps cuz I would like to see some sweet faces here. Smiler

What a great idea. I like to put faces to names and comments.

This is pretty dark and not the best one, but it was a fun time. I've been taking my mom to the fair for many years now and it has become a tradition to take her picture with a really great Elvis impersonator. He will be at the fair again this Thursday. My mom is in late stage AD and it will be tuff and she won't know much, but heck, I thought when I took this photo last year it would probably be the last time. I will post the new one from this year if all goes well.

Come on y'all, you must have some photos of yourselves to share.

Well we did make it to the fair once again and it was great.

I've taken mom to our local town Caruthers fair every year for a long time to see Jeremy Pierce, Elvis impersonator. I thought last year would be the last as she was declining so fast, and this year she's been pretty weak and passing out a lot. But I managed to get her ready to go last night with several mishaps and stress and she did really well, better than I expected. She was pretty aware and lively. A wonderful surprise and fun time for the both of us, but we're pretty sore and exhausted today. I might try and take her at least one more time before the fair ends Saturday. I've gotten in such a rut of just wanting to stay home. It feels safer for some reason, but last night made me realize I need to get us both out as much as possible, it felt really good. We think that they are no longer aware of things, but last night proved that to be wrong for me.

Here's a photo, me mom Elvis 2009:

Hope we can make 2010

Yeah! Come y'all. I know you have a pic or 2 to share. You can also get some help from one of us if you don't know how to go about posting a pic or the link.

There are so many links where you can upload a photo... yahoo, kodak, a blog, msn, etc....
