The next day I noticed I was low on toliet paper. Again, went to the store and bought more.
Only this morning when I went to the closet to get a roll of toliet paper did I realize I had 2 packages of paper towl's!!!

Marcia,
Just be glad that you still know the difference between paper towels and toilet paper. I wouldn't worry about it, when you don't know the difference then worry.

By the time you don't know the difference between paper towels and toilet paper, it is someone else's problem.

Hey,

What kind of underwear does a man wear after having prostate surgery, boxers or briefs?

Depends

Marcia,

You missed this one.

As one whose father had a radical prostatectomy, the correct answer is Depends.

Neither the boxers nor briefs will catch the leaking.

But then, I should not post jokes that require quick thinking on an AD dementia forum.

Mark, it's true that there are some jokes that I can't get anymore. But, try telling a dementia joke to a healthy 20-something, and you'll find most of them don't get it.

And Marcia, don't feel bad about missing it was a joke. Heck, I can't get through the daily newspaper's funny pages without missing a couple of jokes.

Marcia,

The only person who ever called me Mock was a girlfriend I had before I met my wife. But then she was Korean.

How about this one.

A farmer in South Dakota decides he needs a new milking cow. He finds one in North Dakota and drives up to check it out.

The farmer who owns the cow asks him if he wants to check it out. He says yes and reaches under and squeezes a teet and out comes milk at the same time as the cow passes a large amount of gas (flatulence). He buys the cow and takes it home.

His neighbor comes over and sees the new cow. The farmer suggest that the neighbor check it out. The neighbor reaches under and squeezes a teet and out come milk and again a large amount of gas. The neighbor turns to the farmer and says. "So you got this cow in North Dakota, did ya?"

The farmer replys "How did you know I got it in North Dakota?"

The neighbor answers, " My wife is from North Dakota."

Just had a wonderful afternoon with my friends Mark.
Hope you are doing the same. I worry about my mother and the change she is about to have.
Hugs,
Marcia
