Hello, I am new to this and I can use any advice that I get. My mother was diagnosed with Alz about a year ago and she refuses to accept that something is wrong with her. I moved back into the house to help out and I am at my wicks end. I try my best to help out but it seems like everything I do amkes her upset. She is at the stage where she thinks everything I am trying to do is going to harm her. She thinks I hide stuff from her. I get help from my family memebers but they dont understand everything I am going through because they are not there all the time. Any advice I can get will help.

WElcome PRL - try posting in the Caregivers section - that one has the most action - there are so many knowlegable peole there - I am relatively new myself. I am glad you have some support at home - once you get more information you should make an attempt to share it with them. So many people are resistant to dealing with this disease.
