Dear Calculated: I think your Ph.D. may help you more than you realize. Since you don't mention the basis for the diagnosis and state "tentative," I suspect your husband has not yet had a PET Scan or at least a definitive one (?)....

Because I am dedicating most of my time right now to obtaining funding for Assoc. Prof. Olle Johansson, Karolinska Institute in Sweden and also appealing for help (publicity) re informing the public about the urgent need to move electric and telephone equipment away from beds, I am copying and pasting a sort of form letter I have been sending to some Alzheimers' caregivers.

I apologize that you can no longer just "click" on the link -- due to recent changes on the forum but you most likely know you can "copy and paste" to the search bar.

Even if you have other family members who have been diagnosed with Alzheimers or dementia, this does not mean that your own problems aren't related to "environmental problems" -- the most likely cause being "chronic, close EMF/EMR (electromagnetic field/electromagnetic radiation) exposures particularly at night while trying to get good sleep!!! Other family members may have had similar exposures all the while "genetics" are blamed. Very few cases of Alzheimers are actually due to genetic links!!!!

Best wishes to you and your husband!!! Feel free to call or email with questions. Joanne

Calculated: I just realized how cumbersome the "copying and paating" will be....

A lot of this info, if not all, is on my website (access below my name).

You also can send me an email and I will send off a copy of the form letter that will allow for "just clicking on the link" in order to view if you don't locate them on my website.

Anyone else can do the same re any post I make. Most of my posts are on the Caregivers' portion but I have realized that much of what I have to say should be very helpful to newly diagnosed even tho caregivers themselves need to practice "prudent avoidance" re EMF/EMR (as well as their patients/loved ones....)....

Please be sure and let me know if you move electric and phone items and your husband improves. This is the only way -- "People Power" that we will get the info out to help save others from similar fate. Joanne
