Yes, the more I think of it, Jeanne and I still need each other. Jeanne needs me. And I need Jeanne. I still get much sustenance from Jeanne. It's a two-way street. We get sustenance from each other. Alzheimer's hasn't stopped the two-way flow. Oh, sure, life is different with Alzheimer's. But still, on a daily basis, I find something to savor. Something to feel blessed about. Just being with Jeanne. Helping Jeanne. And Jeanne helps me so very much. Boosting my morale. With a smile. Or a word. --Jim

Jim, Your words of love brought tears to my eyes. Daily, reminding that helping
Ginny is helping me as well.... Thanks for boosting my moral.... with your kind words.... and given a smile in return. Sammie Samantha - Caregiver |

Jim,
You said it my friend!! For all the heartache and difficulties I'd rather be with Karol and anywhere else. Take it a day at a time. We live with someone named "AL ZEIMER." AL won't leave - - - D@mn AL Anyhow |

Jim:
I know what you mean. We spend so much time thinking about how our loved ones need us - but recently I've been thinking about my life. So much of it revolves around caring for Eddie - when he's not here, I imagine I'll be lost. He's also good for my morale - always telling me he loves me. Rob |
