I'm a therapist and can't help myself much when it comes to my mom...she's been here almost 1 year....this one I might be able to help with....choose the one that would make you feel less guilty...and maybe you could explore the guilty part in therapy. And/or ask your siblings if you move mom to the quieter place 75 miles away will they visit her and how often....2 of them can make up for the one of you...maybe you'd only have to visit 3x a month if the other siblings were filling in... I was going to suggest that you sit quietyly in a rooom with dim lighting or candles, and look into your soul.....which feels betters? You are luck that you have siblings to take some of the stress and with alz that's very necessary and important...between the 3 of you mom will have alot of visitors. My sister and only sibling lives 500 miles away and won't talk to me cuz she thinks I came to l.a to steal mom's money... write anytime
