I just signed up for this forum today and I'm hoping to get some great feedback. My dad has alzheimers and my mom is the caregiver. He currently goes to day care and gets help with a in home nurse a couple times a week but my mom is really falling apart and needs help. We know he is at the point where he needs to be placed in a home. My dad currently has the new medicaid pilot program called "family care" and we need to find a nursing home that would accept the family care and title 19. Does anyone have any feedback on Milwaukee, WI nursing homes that would best suite my dad? Any feedback would be great...I know the waiting list for nursing homes can take awhile.
