Those of you who had read my posts are probably aware that I have the "Everybody Loves Raymond" series on Dvd and pop one in once in awhile for my Dad when I need to get something done...

He has always enjoyed them ... For Christmas I suggested to my brother that he buy him the "I Love Lucy" series on Amazon...My brother purchased the very first set and boy what a hit! I have not heard my Dad laugh so much in months, as did I and my husband...No need to know the plot; she is hilarious and he enjoyed it so!

Thought I would pass this on for those whose loved ones might still enjoy the comedy shows. It was so nice to hear him laugh so hard.

marci, my Dad always would laugh hysterically at All in the Family, he thought Archie Bunker was something.

I'm glad you found something to bring some smiles-- hold on to those memories....Christy

My Mother loves "Everybody Loves Raymond." Also a big fan of "The King of Queens." It's so nice to hear her laugh.

My brother and I were talking today that All in the Family would be our next purchase...
