One single tear
I have not shed
Not at the funeral or sitting on my bed
I was not sad, I was not mad
I did not cry, not one single tear
Well as I am sitting here on this day
two years after you went away Finally Nana
Finally for you, I will shed one Single Tear

Hey Clairebear,
Beautiful poem, my grandma has alzheimer's. I am 16 years old..and I'm finally starting to understand the disease better. This is a great forum to be on and don't be afraid to enter the chat rooms, everyone is so helpful here. If you ever want to talk send me a message anytime.

Jayme,
You gave me chill bumps by being so kind and understanding! How are you? How is your grandma? I will pray for her.

Claire,
I'm doing pretty good right now. School's not helping but hey, what can you do right? My Grandma's okay, day by day basis..you know how that goes.
Thank you and you are in my prayers.
