Full Circle of Care
As part of the Triangle J Area Agency on Aging Family Caregiver Support Plan, a part of the North Carolina Family Caregiver Support Program, Triangle J Area Agency on Aging developed a website designed specifically with family caregivers in mind. It provides information on topics such as: legal issues, paying for care, remaining independent, independent housing options, evaluating and assessing needs, assisted living, nursing home care, Alzheimer's Disease & dementia, long-distance caregiving, geriatric evaluation clinics, available services, prescription drug assistance, disease information, home safety, hospice and end of life care, grandparents raising grandkids, support groups, web resources, and accessing personalized service.

Aginghelp describes its website as being " for the professional serving the older American through community and in-home services. This help is often identified as senior, aging or elderly services by organizations that include senior centers, day-care facilities, health cinics, focal point agencies, area agencies, county departments, state units, or other organizations. "

American Association of Geriatric Psychiatry
Information for both caregivers and care recipients; includes depression and dementia fact sheets, resources for caregivers, and the latest caregiver research.

AARP
This organization offers many resources for caregivers including fact sheets on various topics such as long distance caregiving, working caregivers, hiring a home health aide, and taking care of yourself.

Children of Aging Parents
Information and online support groups to caregivers of older people for issues such as finding the right care, paying for care, legal issues, and specific elder care situations

Family Caregiver Alliance
This website offers a mix of practical, hands-on information for caregivers to assist in care, planning, stress relief, and locating and using community resources, along with a clearinghouse of research findings and trends, information on specific diagnosis of cognitive disorders, statistics on long term care, policy issues, and recommended readings.
The National Family Caregivers Association (NFCA) is a grassroots organization created to empower, educate, support, and speak up for the millions of Americans who care for chronically ill, aged, or disabled loved ones. NFCA reaches across the boundaries of different diagnoses, different relationships and different life stages to address the common needs and concerns of all family care givers. National Alliance for Caregiving
The NAC is dedicated to providing support to family caregivers and the professionals who help them and to increasing the public awareness of

issues facing family caregivers. The site provides several national caregiver surveys.


Alzheimer’s Disease Education and Referral Center (ADEAR)
This site is offered by the Institute's Alzheimer's disease Education and Referral Center (ADEAR) and contains an information and referral section for caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other dementia.

Oregon Department of Human Services
Offers easy-to-understand communication tips for interactions between caregivers and physicians, caregivers and care receivers, and caregivers and family members.
U.S. Administration on Aging (AoA) has a caregiver resource website at http://www.aoa.gov/prof/aoaprog/caregiver/caregiver.asp AOA also has several mini-sites for family caregiver information within its main webpage. These mini-sites are listed below with complete website addresses below:

Because We Care
This mini-site offers an online resource guide to those who are caring for an older family member, adult child with disabilities, or older friend. Much of the information is drawn from ongoing research by AoA and recommendations made by hundreds of caregivers across the country.

Resource Directory for Older People
This directory contains names, addresses, phone numbers, and fax numbers of organizations which provide information and other resources on matters related to the needs of older persons.
National Alzheimer’s Association This world leader in Alzheimer’s research and support works to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research and to enhance care and support for individuals, their families and caregivers. Caring for a Person with Late-Stage Alzheimer’s Disease is on of the resource documents available.

Wellspouse
Virtual support community for spouses of the frail elderly with, including message boards and live Internet chats with other spouse caregivers.
