Sometmes it's hard -
to be happy,
to be postive,
to be creative,
to be proactive,
to anticipate his needs,
to keep him healthy,
when Alzheimer's beats it's killing hammer,
ever so regularly, methodically,
through us.

By me - Eileen

A fellow poet too. Very well written Eileen. Do you write poetry a lot? Use it as a way to cope with what's going on?

I haven't written much poetry lately but admire anyone who can put it into words as well as you have.

Think of you often.

Hay FC,

Thanks for the compliment. I guess poetry is my form of journaling. When I wrote that, I was feeling preaty low. Must write more when I'm feeling good - that way I'll appear balanced (hopefully) Wink

Glad to see you're back.
Peace
Eileen
